The Charter for Lodge Fingal 318 was granted on the 6th of February 1826, by Lord Viscount Glenorchy the Most Worshipful Grand Master Mason for Scotland.

The location of the Lodge is within the Town of Dingwall, Ross-shire, approximately 20 miles north of Inverness.

Fingal Lodge No. 318 meets on the second Tuesday of the month, from October through to March.  The meeting starts at 8pm. The annual Provincial Visitation is held during the February meeting.
